Christmas Festivities

Christmas Eve: We woke up early (2am) Christmas Eve to Griffin throwing up, he threw up 4 times through the night and then seemed to be happy and all better, so we went to our annual Christmas Eve with the Petersens (Grandma Susie's side of the family). This year RJ and Julia hosted and it was our first year without Leila. We're so glad we made it. All four kids (Katja, Sergei, Naomi and Keegan) have grown like weeds!

The dog was smart...Griffin dropped snacks all over!
 Griffin loved the basketball!!

Griffin adored the "big" boys and followed them around and watched them wrestle in awe!

Trying to sneak away with a grown up gift!

Wrapping paper and boxes make the best toys!

 The annual gift exchange...

Christmas Day: We slept as long as Griffin would let us and then enjoyed a lazy, slow morning around the house. We opened our presents and had a nice breakfast, then we headed over to Sarah's parents house and celebrated with Grandpa Joe, Grandma Kathy, Uncle Matt, Aunt Janae, Cousin Makenna, Great-Grandma Ella, and Great Uncle Lynus. We enjoyed Grandpa Joe's first prime rib for dinner!! YUM!!

Silly Griff, you're not supposed to be sad on Christmas!
 Helping Mommy with laundry!

 Wearing Daddy's shoes!

All dressed up and ready to go!
 Playing with his new blocks.

 Makenna helped unwrap her gifts!
 Such a sweet little lady!

 Books!

Playing with the empty wrapping paper roll.
 Under...
 and over!
Griffin did this over and over!

Christmas Bob: December 26, 2012 (With the Eaton's, Grandpa Dennis' side of the family). We headed over to Grandpa and Grandma Barci's and enjoyed the day there. Uncle Jeremy and Aunt Jodi joined us too. Good food and fun times!

Griffin LOVES his new "woofer" guitar!

Griffin helped Grandpa unwrap his new smoker.

Oh yeah, Griffin can now climb up onto coffee tables!

We had a fabulous Christmas with all our family and friends and feel extremely blessed. We hope 2012 is full of blessings for everyone!
