Grandma Ruth celebrated her 94th birthday on May 6th, we headed out to Michigan to celebrate belatedly with her on May 22nd.
Griffin loved the parking garage.
And the elevator.
Waiting in line to check-in. 4 adults + 3 kids = way too much stuff
Watching airplanes take-off, "There's another one!!"
Everyone is still happy...not bad for getting up at 4am!
Waiting to taxi and take-off...the downside to early boarding.
Could NOT have done it without an extra pair of hands!
Getting ready to take off!!
Still doing great!
The row behind us!
Napping in Chicago- we managed to travel on a BAD weather day so our terminal was suUUper crowded and our flight was delayed over an hour. Not ideal with toddlers!
But they did pretty well considering.
Finally in Michigan!
It was a L.O.N.G day!
Day TWO
Watching the birds and 'chipmonkey'
See the 'chipmonkey'?

Grandma Kathy played outside with the kids
Griffin loved loved loved Uncle John's pond.
He never napped once while we were out there...almost got one out of him this day.
We went to some friend's house, their property was amazing and also came with a pond.
And a tractor :)
Griffin enjoyed hitting the trees with sticks
Back at Uncle John's, he's still not tired!
"Oh no Mommy, he's broken"
Finally bedtime back at the 'guest house'
Day FOUR
This is what I woke up to this morning! Isn't it precious!?!
Driving up to the main house:)
Snoozing on Grandpa Joe.

Such perfect weather to sit around in and catch up with family.

I don't think he has ever played as hard as long as he did today. Bed-time was a cinch!
