Because Griffin was born so early in the morning on November 6, we got to spend that day and night and most of Sunday, November 7 at the hospital. There are some definite perks to being in the hospital (your sheets get changed while you take a shower, food gets delivered and cleaned up, nurses at your beck and call, etc) but we were ready to go home on Sunday too! We are looking forward to settling in and starting life as a new family of three!

Griffin swaddled for his first night at home...he ended up in bed with us. We have since discovered that he HATES sleeping on his back. Propping him on his side gets us (mom and dad) much more sleep:)
