Wednesday, July 11, we went to the "cheap" first day of the Arlington Fly In. It's the day most airplanes arrive so there are fewer to look at...and it's WAY less crowded:) AND half-price for adults! All important factors in making a trip with an active toddler that doesn't understand "Please don't touch the airplane" a success. We were joined by Grandma T and Jonah, and Shannon and Carson. FUN!
Airpane!!
Orange cones are exciting too!
Underneath the BIG plane!
Look at the size of that wheel!
The stairs were a hit...except, "where's the slide?"
Buddies!
Meanwhile, mine was throwing dirt:)
Workout for Grandma T!
BIG truck! BIG TRUCK!
BIG BOAT!
Jonah jumping "over" (mostly) the camo netting.
There were a few tears from the little guys...it's hard hearing "no".
Look! It's a double stroller now:) Sharing snacks!
Not so much today- the slide was so HOT it burned our feet!
Couldn't even enjoy the bouncy house the plastic was so hot:(
HEHEHEHE!
This is when you know it's time to go!
On our way out!
TRACTOR!
Big wheel!
Next year we hope to enjoy a "full-price" FULL day of fun and airshows.
